Kung Fu Toa is a unique Kung Fu style with focus mind and body development. It is a comprehensive martial art, that includes the following training:
Kung Fu Toa is divided in 7 lines. All of these resemble the grade of the students and are bound to a form (Kata) and a concrete martial arts principle.
Forms, also known as Kata are complex motion-sequences of attack- and block-techniques and are known in almost all martial arts. Because of the complexitivity, length and special character, the forms of Kung Fu Toa are an especialness in the world of martial arts.
Disciplined, hard and persistant training, respectful manners, various kicks and complex, elegant forms give distinction to this Kung Fu – style. All movements are done with shock and have a spiral character, which differs Kung Fu Toa from other martial arts.
Next to the multitude of arm-techniques, are the various kicks a trademark of Toa style Kung Fu, especially in higher lines of the system.
Sparring is an elemental aspect of every martial art. While form-training is done by himseld, sparring features one or more training-partners.
Comprehension of a fighting situation by Sparring and learning of the techniques creates a strong base for a realistic self-defense.
Fighting is communication with the partner and expression of yourself.
Next to the physical Kung Fu training is the mental development of highest priority. Meditation is done after every training.
You are always welcome to come and try out our training.
